摘要

作为煤气化过程产生的大宗固废之一，煤气化细渣高值化利用是实现其规模化消纳的关键。综述了煤气化细渣理化特性，及其主要组分（残炭和硅铝基矿物质）的高值化、功能化利用途径。残炭可用于类活性炭、吸波材料、电催化剂载体、石墨材料和超级电容器等的制备；矿物质则可用于硅基材料、沸石分子筛、陶瓷材料和铝基净水剂等的制备。此外，残炭-矿物质协同利用还可用于碳/硅复合材料等精细化产品的制备。当前，相关研究仍面临基础理论薄弱、工艺复杂、存在二次污染、产品性能不足等问题。未来，可结合微观机理调控、跨学科技术融合（如人工智能、微波辅助合成）、应用场景拓展（如5G屏蔽、CO

捕集-催化一体化），推动煤气化细渣从“环境负担”向“城市矿山”转型，助力实现“碳中和”目标。

Abstract

As one of the major solid wastes generated during the coal gasification process

the high-value utilization of coal gasification fine slag is the key to realizing its large-scale consumption. The physicochemical characteristics of coal gasification fine slag were reviewed

as well as the hi

gh-value and functional utilization pathways of its main components (residual carbon and silicon-aluminum-based minerals). The residual carbon can be used to prepare activated carbon-like materials

microwave-absorbing materials

electrocatalyst carriers

graphite materials and supercapacitors. The mineral components can be used to prepare silicon-based materials

zeolite molecular sieves

ceramic materials and aluminum-based water purifiers. In addition

the synergistic utilization of residual carbon and minerals can be applied to the preparation of refined products such as carbon/silicon composite materials. At present

related research still faces challenges such as weak fundamental theory

complex processes

secondary pollution and insufficient product performance. In the future

by combining micro-mechanism regulation

interdisciplinary technology integration (such as artificial intelligence and microwave-assisted synthesis)

and the expansion of application scenarios (such as 5G shielding and integrated CO

capture-catalysis)

the transformation of coal gasification fine slag from “environmental burden” into “urban mine” can be promoted

contributing to the realization of the “carbon neutrality” goal.
