乙烯气相法制备乙酸乙烯时,主产物乙酸乙烯与副产物乙酸乙酯沸点相近,采用普通精馏无法将二者分离。萃取精馏是分离近沸物的有效方法。以
乙酸正丁酯为萃取剂,通过Aspen Plus软件模拟萃取精馏分离乙酸乙烯与乙酸乙酯。以塔顶乙酸乙烯流股中乙酸乙酯含量(质量分数,下同)、再沸器热负荷和乙酸乙烯回收率等为评价指标,通过灵敏度分析对萃取塔和萃取剂回收塔的工艺参数进行了优化。结果表明,萃取塔萃取剂流量为880 kg/h、回流比为6.2、塔顶馏出物流率为14572 kg/h和萃取剂进料板位置为第26块板,以及萃取剂回收塔回流比为5、进料板位置为第40块板和塔底物流率为1110 kg/h时,萃取精馏工艺可将乙酸乙烯流股中乙酸乙酯含量降至7.2 × 10
-5
,且乙酸乙烯回收率高达99.72%。
In the process of preparing vinyl acetate by the ethylene gas-phase method
the boiling points of the main product vinyl acetate and the by-product ethyl acetate are close
and they cannot be separated by ordinary distillation. Extraction distillation is an effective method for separating near-boiling substances. Using Aspen Plus
it employed
n
-butyl acetate as the extractant to simulate the extraction distillation separation of vinyl acetate and ethyl acetate. The content (mass fraction
the same below) of ethyl acetate in the vinyl acetate stream at the top of the tower
the heat load of the reboiler and the recovery rate of vinyl acetate were used as evaluation indicators
and sensitivity analysis was carried out to optimize the process parameters of the extraction tower and the extractant recovery tower. The results show that when the extractant flow rate in the extraction tower is 880 kg/h
the reflux ratio is 6.2
the top distillate flow rate is 14572 kg/h
and the feed position of the extractant is at the 26th stage
as well as when the reflux ratio of the extractant recovery tower is 5 and the feed position is at the 40th stage
and the bottom flow rate is 1110 kg/h
the extraction distillation process can reduce the content of ethyl acetate in the vinyl acetate stream to 7.2 × 10
-5
with a vinyl acetate recovery rate as high as 99.72%.
