In accordance with the instructions issued by the China Association for Science and Technology and relevant national departments, the journal charge a certain amount of review fees and APC for accepted manuscripts. All the fees will be collected together upon acceptance of the manuscript (Review fee: 200 CNY per paper; APC: 400 CNY per monochrome printing page and 800 CNY per color printing page; generally not exceeding 5600 CNY per paper). Considering various factors, such as special invited manuscripts, the fees may be appropriately reduced, and the specific amount is subject to the notification from the editorial office.

After the paper is published, the journal will pay the author a one-time remuneration (including copyright usage fees, etc.), and special invited manuscripts and others will be separately agreed upon.
