Low-Carbon Chemistry and Chemical Engineering is an open access journal. All articles published will be immediately and permanently available for free reading and download by readers.

Peer Review

Low-Carbon Chemistry and Chemical Engineering is subject to peer review by the editorial board, youth editorial board and review experts, and the form is single-blind review. All manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism by editorial office before submission and publication, respectively. After the manuscript passes the initial review by editorial office, it will be sent to no less than two peer reviewers, who mainly assess the scientific nature, innovation and practicality of the manuscript.

User Rights

Low-Carbon Chemistry and Chemical Engineering uses Creative Commons Attribution-Non Commercial-No Derivatives (CC BY-NC-ND) licence, allowing third-party users to share the articles published in this journal under the CC BY-NC-ND model, that is, allowing third parties to copy, distribute, exhibit, perform, screen, broadcast or disseminate them to the public through information networks. However, during these processes, the author’s name must be retained and it should be noted that it was published in Low-Carbon Chemistry and Chemical Engineering  and providing year, volume and issue. It is only for non-commercial purposes and no derivative creation is allowed.

Author Rights

The author is responsible for the content of the manuscript. After the manuscript is accepted, the author needs to sign a “Copyright Authorization Agreement” with editorial office, authorizing the copyright of the manuscript to the editorial office of Low-Carbon Chemistry and Chemical Engineering. The author agrees to use the manuscript under the CC BY-NC-ND license after its publication.

Publication Cost

To support open access publishing, Low-Carbon Chemistry and Chemical Engineering charges the Article Publishing Charge (APC), which needs to be paid by the author or their institution, funded project, etc. The charging standard is 400 CNY for each printed page.
