A single-blind review system will be adopted, and at least two peer reviewers will be sent. The peer review process by experts is generally completed within ten working days, determining whether the manuscript is “accepted”, “revision” or “rejected”.

 

(4) Revision: Editors will notify the author of the review comments from experts and the editorial office, and require the author to make revisions based on the review comments. This process generally requires the author to complete it within ten working days.

 

(5) Review: The editorial office will resubmit the revised manuscript to the experts for review to determine whether it is “accepted”, “revision” or “rejected”.

 

(6) Final Review: After the author has completed the revisions and the manuscript has been reviewed and approved by experts and the editorial office, editor will submit the manuscript to the editorial board for final review to determine whether it is “accepted”, “revision” or “rejected”.

 

(7) Acceptance and Cost Payment: The manuscript has been accepted by editorial office will be scheduled for an upcoming issue. The author is required to complete the payment as soon as possible as notified and fill in the invoice and other information as guided.

 

(8) Manuscript Editing: Editor of the accepted manuscript will edit it and then send it to the author for verification and revision. The subsequent processes will be generally handled by the editor of the manuscript.

 

(9) Typesetting: Editor submits the manuscript verified and revised by the author to the manuscript processing system for typesetting.

 

(10) Proofreading: Editor conducts a review of the typesetting manuscript and then sends it to the author for proofreading.

 

(11) Finalization and Printing: After the manuscript go through three rounds of proofreading and comprehensive proofreading, it will be sent to print.
