摘要

催化氧化技术是治理挥发性有机物（VOCs）的有效手段，其中新型催化剂的设计与优化是实现VOCs高效转化的关键。分别采用焙烧法与沉淀法制备了CeO

活性载体，随后通过硼氢化钠还原法将Pt负载于CeO

表面制备了Pt/CeO

催化剂，进而考察了不同制备方法对其催化氧化甲苯性能的影响。通过XRD、N

吸/脱附、紫外拉曼光谱、XPS及O

-TPD等手段对催化剂进行了表征。通过in situ DRIFTS研究了甲苯在反应过程中的演变行为。结果表明，不同制备方法均调控了Pt/CeO

催化剂中活性氧物种的浓度。其中，沉淀-还原法制备的Pt/CeO

-P催化剂具有更高的活性氧物种和氧空位浓度，促进了甲苯的活化与转化，使其生成易于降解的甲酸盐物种，并最终氧化为CO

和H

O。在甲苯浓度（体积分数）为0.1%、空速为48000 mL/(g·h)条件下，Pt/CeO

-P催化剂的

和

（甲苯转化率达到50%和90%时的反应温度）分别低至157 ℃和168 ℃。

Abstract

Catalytic oxidation technology is an effective strategy for the treatment of volatile organic compounds (VOCs)

in which the design and optimization of novel catalysts play a key role in achieving efficient VOCs conversion. CeO

supports were prepared by calcination and precipitation methods

respectively.

Subsequently

Pt was loaded on the CeO

surface via sodium borohydride reduction to prepare Pt/CeO

catalysts. The effects of different preparation methods on the catalytic performance of Pt/CeO

for toluene oxidation were investigated. The catalysts were characterized by XRD

adsorption/desorption

UV Raman spectroscopy

XPS and O

-TPD. The evolution behavior of toluene during the reaction process was studied by in situ DRIFTS. The results show that different preparation methods regulate the concentration of active oxygen species in the Pt/CeO

catalysts. Among them

the Pt/CeO

-P catalyst prepared by the precipitation-reduction method exhibits a higher concentration of active oxygen species and oxygen vacancies

which promote the activation and conversion of toluene

leading to the formation of easily degradable formate species that are ultimately oxidized to CO

and H

O. Under the conditions of toluene volume fraction of 0.1% and a space velocity of 48000 mL/(g·h)

the Pt/CeO

-P catalyst achieves

and

(reaction temperature at which the toluene conversion rate reaches 50% and 90%) at 157 ℃ and 168  ℃

respectively.
