摘要

调控碱性强度是提高CaO基催化剂酯交换反应催化性能的重要方法之一。采用等体积浸渍法制备了不同ZnO质量分数的ZnO-CaO催化剂（

ZnO-CaO），并应用于乙酸甲酯与丙二醇甲醚酯交换反应。通过XRD和SEM等表征了

ZnO-CaO的物相组成和微观形貌等，利用CO

-TPD研究了ZnO质量分数对

ZnO-CaO碱性强度的影响，采用单因素分析法优化了酯交换反应条件。结果表明，ZnO质量分数为5%的ZnO-CaO催化剂（5ZnO-CaO）具有适宜的碱性强度并表现出较好的催化性能，在

(乙酸甲酯)/

(丙二醇甲醚)为10、反应温度为160 ℃和催化剂用量为0.100 g的条件下反应2 h，其丙二醇甲醚转化率和丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯选择性分别为70.0%和大于98.0%。活性相CaO转化为非活性相Ca(AC)

或Ca(AC)

·0.5H

O是导致催化剂失活的主要原因。失活5ZnO-CaO可通过焙烧获得再生，再生5ZnO-CaO在前述反应条件下的丙二醇甲醚转化率为69.5%。

Abstract

Adjusting alkaline strength is one

of the important methods to improve the transesterification catalytic performances of CaO-based catalysts. ZnO-CaO catalysts with different ZnO mass fractions (

ZnO-CaO) were prepared by equal volume impregnation method and applied to transesterification of methyl acetate and propylene glycol methyl ether. The phase compositions and micro-morphologies of

ZnO-CaO were characterized by XRD and SEM

etc

. The effects of ZnO mass fractions on

ZnO-CaO’s alkaline strengths were studied by CO

-TPD. The transesterification conditions were optimized by single factor analysis method. The results show that the ZnO-CaO catalyst with ZnO mass fraction of 5% (5ZnO-CaO) has suitable alkaline strength and good catalytic performance. Under the conditions of

(methyl acetate)/

(propylene glycol methyl ether) of 10

reaction temperature of 160 °C

catalyst dosage of 0.100 g and reaction time of 2 h

the propylene glycol methyl ether conversion rate and propylene glycol methyl ether acetate selectivity of 5ZnO-CaO are 70.0% and greater than 98.0%

respectively. The conversion of active phase CaO to inactive phase Ca(AC)

or Ca(AC)

·0.5H

O is the main cause of catalyst deactivation. The deactivated 5ZnO-CaO can be regenerated by roasting

and propylene glycol methyl ether conversion rate of the regenerated 5ZnO-CaO is 69.5% under the above-mentioned reaction conditions.
